The Alpha 86 is a universal label applicator label applicator for quick, reliable and trouble-free labeling of a broad range of products and packages. More than 5000 installations confirm the quality and realiability of this technically mature system.

The Alpha 86 has a self-supporting cast aluminium housing and is therefore optimally torsion-resistant. The centrally located peeling tongue allows automatic compensation of varying product heights without causing any change in the length of the label web.The labels are peeled off from the backing tape abd applied in an accurate position.

Inside and outside wound label rolls can be used. The system is converted by a single hand movement. The maximum label width can vary between 80 and 350 mm. The smallest label length is about 8 mm. The drive is variable up to 60 meters per minute.

The separation of applicator and controler (all HS and W systems) reduces space requirement. It makes the integration inte the existing production line more easy. The symmetric basic construction allows the conversion in left- and right hand version. This provides a high rate of flexibility for the most different application conditions.

The compact controller with reverse-polarity protected industrial plugs allows the installation to be easily installed in any installation position. The applicator has removable giude rolls for an easier handling and faster cleaning. A new label roll is inserted within a half minute.

The robust construction of the system guarantees a reliable long-term operation.

The Alpha 86 is available with many accessories: Special applicators with tamp pad or blow box, options for wrap-around labeling, etc.
